Cooling System of deep hole internal grinding machine tool
Coolant tank is placed behind the High precision deep hole internal grinder machine tool, and the tank volume is 130L (34.34U.S.gal).coolant is pumped by the centrifugal pump to enter the spray pipe in spindle hole of the work piece from headstock tail and to reach the grinding zone for cooling. There is a separate switch in the end of main shaft to control flow.
The coolant that passes the grinding zone with abrasive dusts runs back to the cooling box from water outlet behind the lathe bed. The role of filter screen and clapboard is that the coolant can continue to be recycled after filtering and precipitation.
The coolant used in the machine has no special requirements, and usually is emulsion or synthetic cutting fluid.
Start and stop of cooling pump are ganged with work piece rotating motor.

Lifting and Installation
When opening a case should be careful, after opening a case, it is necessary to find out the technical files including specification, packing list and qualified certificate, and then count the accessories according to the packing list.
The adjustment of collision block on workbench
1.Two grinding reversing blocks should be adjusted to enable both ends of grinding wheel travel to stretch out of hole wall. The extended length is about 1/3~1/2 of the width of grinding wheel.
2.The dressing reversing block should be at both end faces of grinding wheel, and exceeds 4~5mm(0.16~0.20)of the diamond tool top to make the workbench reverse. If necessary, a collision block may be removed, and the middle grinding collision block completes the reversing before the workbench runs to the left.
3.When the workbench runs to the left to the left end face of grinding wheel and withdraws from the work piece, the collision block of stroke valve press down the valve to make the workbench change speed.
4.When the workbench running to the right converts to running to the left, the gap between the safety insurance collision block on the workbench and the convex plate on the lathe bed should be 1~2 mm(0.04~0.08).
