This machine tool is a three axis, two linkage, CNC Internal Grinder. It is mainly used for grinding the inner hole, step hole, inner end face and outer end face of the work piece automatically, including automatic feeding, automatic rough grinding, fine grinding, automatic dressing, grinding wheel, automatic compensation, manual compensation and so on.
The machine body is cast with wear-resistant cast iron. It has good heat stability and strong rigidity.
The machine adopts a totally enclosed shell, and the machine adopts a backpack type electric box and a frond rotary operating table.The observation window is opened with mesh and covered with glass to prevent splashing and hurting after grinding wheels. For safety, the protection door is closed by manual operation(or by program control).
This machine tool adopts work piece box to feed when checking the grinding tool. The grinding frame feed and the worktable do the reciprocating movement during grinding.
Spindle of work piece
The work piece spindle bearing adopts NSK diagonal contact bearing to improve the service life and rotation accuracy of the work piece spindle.
The spindle rotation of the work piece is controlled by a frequency converter to realize the speed regulation. The coarse and fine grinding can be adjusted in the NC process to meet the needs of grinding in actual machining.
The machine tool clamping adopts hydraulic power chuck or other forms of fixture,with self centering clamping function.Improve the precision and speed of the work piece with repeated clamping.
Feeding axis (X axis)
The guide rail of the feed mechanism adopts double V type roller linear steel rail to improve the motion accuracy and rigidity of the feed axis of the machine tool.
The digital control servo motor drives the ball screw directly without no gap coupling,which can realize the high sensitivity linear movement without gap.
Guide rail,screw are all equipped with protective devices,effectively guarantee the accuracy and life of machine tools.
Reciprocating axis (Z axis)
The guide rail of the worktable adopts the High precision Rexroth rolling linear guide rail from Germany,which ensures the accuracy and rigidity of the reciprocating motion of the machine tool.
The CNC system controls the servo motor to drive the ball screw through the coupling to realize the reciprocating motion of the worktable.
Grinding wheel axis
The machine tool adopts high power,high rigidity, high precision and high frequency motorized spindle.The main shaft is driven by frequency converter.It can adjust the speed of the grinding wheel shaft to realize the stepless adjustment.
A special lubricating device is used for the lubrication of the motorized spindle.
Motorized spindle cooling box adopts independent cooling water tank and equipped with water cut protection function.
The power source of the hydraulic fixture of the machine tool is supplied by an external oil tank,ensuring that the temperature rise of the hydraulic oil under the normal working conditions is small.It has compact structure and small area.
The machine adopts an independent central lubrication system,and after starting the machine,the lubrication system works before other actions.It can meet the reliable lubrication of worktable and feed mechanism such as guideway and screw.
A large capacity water tank is used in the cooling system of the machine tool,the bottom of the tank is added to the roller so that it is easy to move.The cooling fluid is filtered by a precision filter with magnetic separator.
The CNC system of this machine tool adopts Germany Siemens 828D CNC system,which can realize automatic fault detection,fault alarm and alarm record of CNC system,and have fast drive elimination function and improve grinding efficiency.
The system has 8.4 inch color LCD display.Through the dialogue of man machine interface,it is convenient and quick to realize the size value,the grinding wheel value and the input of grinding parameters.It is simple without complex programming, and has a function of multiple loop program calls.
The machine tool is equipped with mobile hand held unit,which can be easily adjusted and used for tool fitting.It is especially suitable for multiple,medium and mass production.
Electrical distribution case is in the posterier upper part of machine tool, line regulation,line number is clear.The electric case is equipped with a special air heat exchange for the electric box.The control box is arranged directly in front of the closed housing,and can be rotated for convenient operation and adjustment.
Tricolor alarm lamp and motorized grinding wheel spindle are configurated.
The dressing of the grinding wheel is trimmed by diamond dresser,it can automatically repair and compensate the grinding wheel’s outer circle,and can memorize the trimming quantity.
The appearance color of machine tool is executed according to the machine tool’s color mark.
