Rigidity and finishing requirements of metal deep-hole internal grinder

The metal deep-hole internal grinder machine is very suitable for grinding the inner surface of the hardened deep-hole sleeve during operation. The longitudinal movement of the machine table can be driven by hydraulic stepless or handwheel. The lateral feed of the wheel carrier is achieved manually. When the workpiece is clamped, one end is clamped in the three-claw automatic centering chuck or the four-jaw chuck, and the other end is supported on the closed center frame. The taper of the hole is eliminated by the lateral fine adjustment of the center frame.

The machine tool for metal deep-hole internal grinder is semi-automatic CNC deep hole internal grinding machine. The X-axis feed is servo motor, ball screw and Z-axis (work table). The reciprocating motion is hydraulic drive, with automatic feeding and automatic rough grinding. Fine grinding, automatic retraction, automatic dressing of the grinding wheel, automatic compensation and other functions. It can grind the inner through hole and the inner taper hole in the workpiece. Grinding apertures range from 50-500 mm and depths up to 1000 mm.

The bed of the metal deep-hole internal grinder is cast and formed by wear-resistant cast iron, which has good heat stability and rigidity. The machine tool uses the worktable to reciprocate and the grinding frame feeds the working mode. The grinding frame consists of a base, a slide plate and a mold base. The programmable CNC system is used to control the servo motor to automatically perform grinding wheel dressing, compensation, automatic feeding during workpiece grinding, automatic intermediate dressing, dressing compensation, grinding compensation, fine grinding delay, automatic retracting and other actions. The automatic grinding uses the orifice and the bottom of the hole to control the intermittent feed.
