After the motor is started, it runs according to its rated running speed. Due to the fluctuation of the grid voltage, the grinding wheel workpiece friction load is constant. The change will affect the motor speed error. The standard grinding wheel motor starting circuit generally has only one processing speed. It is difficult to adapt to different workpiece size requirements and the processing relative linear speed, so that the processing precision of the processed workpiece is difficult to guarantee.

The hydraulic internal grinding machines can effectively improve the processing quality and processing efficiency during operation, and considers energy saving in a certain degree. The frequency conversion speed regulation technology can be applied to the grinding machine to obtain satisfactory results. There are many types of products processed in the machining industry, and the size and size of the workpieces are different, requiring different processing precision. Relatively speaking, the rotation speed of the grinding wheel is different at the main axis speed. It is difficult to adjust the spindle rotation speed to meet the workpiece processing line speed. Moreover, due to the stress bending caused by the shaft machining process, the grinding wheel will produce different grinding wheel feed torques, which will bring about different changes in the grinding wheel output speed/torque, and correspondingly generate the vibration knife pattern/burning paste, etc., and the grinding precision is very high. It is difficult to guarantee, resulting in low production efficiency and low quality.

With the development of power electronics technology, the hydraulic internal grinding machines has become more and more popular, and the application of frequency converter in the machining industry has received good results. Among them, the stepless speed regulation of the frequency converter, the soft start and the constant torque output greatly satisfy the requirements of the constant speed/constant torque of the machining equipment.
